Referral agency
Beach Baby Nannies LLC is a referral household staffing agency. Families are responsible for deciding whether to hire a candidate and for managing the employment relationship after hire.
Family as employer
When a family hires a candidate, the family is generally the employer and is responsible for compensation, supervision, scheduling, taxes, payroll, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
No placement guarantee
BBN works to recruit, screen, and refer candidates, but registration or payment does not guarantee that a family will hire or that a particular candidate will be available.
Fees and timing
Agency fees are separate from candidate pay. Public fee summaries are informational; the signed client service agreement controls final terms, payment timing, replacement policy, and conditions.
Candidate information
Candidate resumes, references, background materials, and related information are confidential and should not be shared outside the hiring process without BBN’s permission.
