BBN places newborn care specialists, infant care professionals, night nannies, and postpartum support candidates with families who need skilled help during the first months at home.

BBN looks for:

• Hands-on newborn or infant care experience.
• Calm, professional communication with new parents.
• Strong references and comfort with screening.
• Availability for overnight, daytime, temporary, or extended newborn care assignments.

Overnight assignments generally require an 8-hour minimum.
